Celebrate wellness in a truly unique way with our exclusive Gavane Private Spa Party — a luxury group experience designed for you and your closest friends. This private event transforms the spa into your personal sanctuary, where you can relax, unwind, and enjoy meaningful moments together in a peaceful, boutique setting. Each guest will enjoy: – A personalized service of their choice (massage, facial, or Divine Touch – Japanese Head Spa) – 30 minutes of jacuzzi relaxation – A private gathering experience with drinks and a charcuterie board Important: Price is $175 per person (not per group) Experience Details: – Total duration: 2 hours 30 minutes – Group size: Up to 5 guests – Available in the evening (7:00 PM – 8:00 PM start time) – Reservation required (call or text to book) ✨ The spa is reserved exclusively for your group during your experience, giving you a fully private and elevated atmosphere. Perfect for birthdays, celebrations, or a relaxing night with friends.
Cancellation Policy
At Gavane Spa, we are committed to providing you with the best possible experience. To help us serve you efficiently, please review our booking policy: 1. Appointments & Walk-Ins: Appointments are recommended to ensure availability, but walk-ins are welcome based on space and therapist availability. We accept cash payments. New clients are required to prepay for their first service to confirm their appointment. After the first visit, returning clients may pay after their treatment. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total. 3. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying the next guest. The full service fee will still apply. 4. Group Bookings & Packages: For group services or packages, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows. 5. Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation text or email 24–48 hours before your appointment. Please confirm to avoid automatic cancellation. 6. Special Requests: Please inform us ahead of time if you are pregnant, have any medical conditions, or need special accommodations so we can prepare for your visit. Thank you for choosing Gavane Spa.
