Refund Policy – Gavane Spa
At Gavane Spa, we are committed to providing exceptional service and care to every client. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing or booking a service.
No Refunds
All purchases of services, gift cards, and packages are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is made, it cannot be returned or exchanged for cash, credit, or other services.
Rescheduling
We understand that life happens. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to reschedule your appointment if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiting your service without credit.
Gift Cards & Packages
Gift cards and prepaid packages are also non-refundable and non-transferable. They must be used by the individual for whom they were purchased and within the designated time frame.
Exceptional Situations
In rare and specific cases, we may consider crediting your account for future use, but this is solely at the discretion of Gavane Spa management.
